Welcome to Golden Eagle Driving School. Before proceeding with our services, please carefully review the following terms and conditions:

Booking and Payments:

1. Package Fees: All package fees are to be paid in full before the commencement of the driving lessons, unless the advance payment option is selected.
2. Advance Payment: A $50 advance payment is required to secure a lesson appointment. This payment is non-refundable.
3. Custom Package: For custom packages, a discussion with our instructors is required to determine the final cost, and full payment is expected before lessons begin.

Rescheduling and Cancellations:

1. Rescheduling: Clients may reschedule lessons with at least 48 hours’ notice. A rescheduling fee may be applicable.
2. Cancellations: Full package fees are non-refundable. If a client chooses to cancel their lessons, no refunds will be offered.

Attendance and Punctuality:

1. Lesson Attendance: Clients are expected to attend all scheduled lessons. Failure to appear for a booked lesson will result in the loss of the advance payment or package fees.
2. Late Arrival: If a client arrives late for a lesson, the lesson duration will be adjusted accordingly, and no additional time will be added.

Conduct and Compliance:

1. Respectful Conduct: Clients are expected to treat instructors and staff with respect. Any inappropriate behavior may result in the termination of services.
2. Compliance with Laws: Clients must comply with all applicable traffic laws and regulations during lessons.

Liability:

1. Liability Waiver: Golden Eagle Driving School is not liable for any accidents, damages, or injuries that may occur during or as a result of driving lessons.
2. Insurance: Clients are responsible for ensuring they have adequate personal insurance coverage.

Miscellaneous:

1. Package Changes: Golden Eagle Driving School reserves the right to modify package details, including pricing, without prior notice.
2. Termination of Services: Golden Eagle Driving School reserves the right to terminate services if a client fails to comply with these terms and conditions.
3. Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the state of California

Cancellation:

1. The scheduled appointment is subject to a $60 fee for cancellations.
