Welcome to Golden Eagle Driving School. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of https://goldeneagledrivingschool.com/ and your purchase or use of our driving instruction, appointment scheduling, DMV-related, and other services.
By accessing our website, contacting us, scheduling an appointment, or purchasing a package, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
1. Our Services
Golden Eagle Driving School provides behind-the-wheel driving instruction, personalized driver training, practical road experience, traffic and parking instruction, road-test preparation, vehicle rental for qualifying DMV road tests, and related services.
The availability, duration, instructor, pickup location, vehicle, route, and schedule of a lesson may vary depending on availability, traffic, weather, safety conditions, and the student’s individual requirements.
2. Eligibility and Student Requirements
Students must meet all applicable California eligibility requirements and possess a valid learner’s permit, driver’s license, or other documentation required for the selected service.
Students must bring all required documents to each lesson or DMV appointment. Golden Eagle Driving School may refuse or reschedule a lesson when a student does not have the legally required documentation or is otherwise ineligible to drive.
A parent or legal guardian must schedule or approve services for a minor whenever required by law.
3. Scheduling Appointments
Appointments should be scheduled at least four to seven days in advance to help ensure availability on the student’s preferred date and time.
Appointment requests are not guaranteed until confirmed by Golden Eagle Driving School. Scheduling is subject to instructor and vehicle availability.
Students should arrive or be ready at the confirmed appointment time. Late arrival may reduce the available lesson time and may not entitle the student to an extension or refund.
4. Business Hours
- Monday through Friday: 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM
- Saturday and Sunday: 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Operating hours may change on holidays or due to instructor availability, weather, emergencies, or other circumstances.
5. Packages and Pricing
Our currently advertised behind-the-wheel packages include:
- 1-Hour Driving Package: $80
- 2-Hour Driving Package: $140
- 6-Hour Driving Package: $420
- 10-Hour Driving Package: $700
Additional services may include:
- Glendale DMV Driving Test Service: $170
- Arleta DMV Driving Test Service: $200
- Cancellation Fee: $60
For DMV locations outside the listed service areas, please contact us for pricing.
Prices, package details, availability, and promotional offers may change without prior notice. The price confirmed at the time of booking will apply unless the service is later modified by agreement.
Promotional discounts are subject to their stated conditions and availability. Unless expressly stated, promotions may not be combined with other discounts.
6. Payments
Payment instructions and accepted payment methods will be communicated at the time of booking.
Students or their parents or guardians are responsible for confirming the total price, package details, and payment requirements before scheduling services.
7. Cancellations, Rescheduling, and Missed Appointments
Please contact Golden Eagle Driving School as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
A $60 cancellation fee may apply to cancellations, missed appointments, or appointments changed without sufficient advance notice. The applicability of the fee will depend on the circumstances and the booking terms communicated when the appointment is confirmed.
If Golden Eagle Driving School must cancel or reschedule an appointment because of instructor availability, vehicle issues, weather, unsafe conditions, emergencies, or other circumstances, we will make reasonable efforts to offer a replacement appointment.
8. DMV Appointments and Road Tests
DMV-related services are subject to instructor, vehicle, and appointment availability.
Students are responsible for:
- Maintaining a valid permit, license, or other required documentation.
- Meeting all California DMV eligibility requirements.
- Scheduling or confirming their DMV appointment unless otherwise agreed.
- Bringing all required documents to the DMV.
- Following DMV rules and examiner instructions.
Golden Eagle Driving School does not control DMV scheduling, wait times, examination requirements, examiner decisions, cancellations, or test results.
9. No Guarantee of Test Results
Driving instruction and road-test preparation are intended to improve a student’s knowledge, confidence, and driving ability. However, Golden Eagle Driving School does not guarantee that a student will pass a DMV test, receive a driver’s license, avoid traffic violations or accidents, or achieve any specific result.
10. Student Safety and Conduct
Students must follow all traffic laws, safety requirements, and reasonable instructor directions.
Golden Eagle Driving School may stop or cancel a lesson if the student:
- Acts in an unsafe, threatening, abusive, or disruptive manner.
- Appears impaired by alcohol, drugs, medication, fatigue, or illness.
- Refuses to follow safety instructions.
- Does not have the required permit or documentation.
- Creates an unreasonable risk to the instructor, vehicle, student, or public.
No refund or credit is guaranteed when a lesson is stopped because of the student’s unsafe or inappropriate conduct.
11. Multilingual Instruction
Our instructors may provide instruction in English, Spanish, Russian, Armenian, and Persian, subject to instructor availability.
A particular language or instructor is not guaranteed unless confirmed when the appointment is scheduled.
12. Website Information
We try to keep the information on our website accurate and current. However, website content may contain errors, outdated details, or temporary omissions.
Information displayed on the website does not constitute a confirmed appointment or service agreement. Please contact us to verify current prices, availability, requirements, and package details.
13. Intellectual Property
